The winery

that are born from inspiration and authenticity.

T aking advantage of the location of the old “Mina la Serrana” and taking care of the orography of the land and its surroundings, we have built a Winery on three floors to guarantee the optimal work flow by gravity in the long winemaking process.

On the access floor, first of all, we find an open and covered space for receiving the harvest grouped by variety and for placing it in cold storage chambers so that the next day it enters optimal selection conditions for its disposal.

In the main warehouse, fermentation is carried out in small volume vats to be able to independently revive each plot and variety.

On the ground floor of the building with access to the underground floors we find the Offices and Tasting Room.

In the first basement, the Aging Rooms are located in oak barrels where all our wines age, in an optimal environment of constant temperature and humidity for their perfect evolution.

In the second basement are the bottle aging rooms, as well as all the machinery to proceed with bottling, labeling and logistics.

Through an old door you access the manganese mine. Currently we use it as a cemetery for our wines.

Inside the premises is our Sales Store.
